“We were really happy with the service from Dean and OBPC. Dean helped us review the trade quotes properly and understand what should and should not have been charged as extras. That alone helped us save around $8,000 before the work even started. It gave us a lot more confidence knowing what questions to ask and what we were actually paying for.”

“Managing the project ourselves felt overwhelming at first, but having Owner Builder Pool Co involved at key stages helped us stay on track. The advice around sequencing, trades and next steps made the process much easier to manage.”

“Finding the right trades was one of the hardest parts of the process for us. Dean pointed us in the direction of trade contacts who were far better priced than some of the quotes we had received, and the quality of work was outstanding. They turned up when they said they would, communicated clearly, and the workmanship was excellent. It made a huge difference having access to trades that had already been used and trusted on previous projects.” Highly Recommend Dean and Owner Builder Pool Co.
